Adequate resources for HSRs?

It would be interesting to hear HSRs views on whether there are adequate resources available to them for them to do their job.

For example - do they have adequate access to advice when they have an issue they are not sure about, what about training - does it cover the things they need to know, etc., etc.

Or you might simply want to alert other HSRs to a valuable resource you have found.
