Various activities on the Forum will trigger an email being sent to your declared email address. This is done in order to keep you informed of changes or updates to the Forum which you may be interested in. You can adjust your email settings, however, and determine what activities, if any, should trigger an email notification to you. To do this follow these steps:
- Click on your 'My Page' tab at the top of the Forum's home page.
- When your page opens, look for the 'Settings' link in the top right hand corner and click on that link.

- On the 'My Settings' page, look for the 'E-mail' link in the top left hand corner and click on that.

- Adjust your settings on the 'My Settings - E-mail' page and click on the SAVE button to confirm your changes.

- You can go back and review these settings at any time.
