Hi Folks, some of you may be aware of a project funded by WorkSafe Victoria, the development and implementation of the "Body of Knowledge for the Generalist OHS Professional". To this end I am wondering what people in this forum see as the key knowledge that safety professionals need. I agree completely. I get very annoyed with the idea that consultation is a one way street. Too often i see example of consultation which is really top down communication
