Hazard Audit

Hi, I am working on a uk health and safety qualification. I have been asked to complete a comprehensive hazard audit of my workplace (college) including appropriate categories of hazards (eg chemical, bio, mechanical, etc,etc. Has anyone done anything like this before and has an example they can email me please or share best practice, etc please?
