Good job, in my opinion. Easy to understanding  idea, which is showed in funny way. I think, that you can add some consequences to show people what they can do themselfs. I mean, you can show how they will suffer if they not observe rules of manual handling. Then workers will try prevent negative consequences. I think in this way we can create some piece kind of safety culture ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safety_culture )
